工作参数：
REXROTH叶片泵工作前，先将泵内充满液体，然后启动离心泵，叶轮快速转动，叶轮的叶片驱使液体转动，液体转动时依靠惯性向叶轮外缘流去，同时叶轮从吸入室吸进液体，在这一过程中，叶轮中的液体绕流叶片，在绕流运动中液体作用一升力于叶片，反过来叶片以一个与此升力大小相等、方向相反的力作用于液体，这个力对液体做功，使液体得到能量而流出叶轮，这时液体的动能与压能均增大。
REXROTH叶片泵依靠旋转叶轮对液体的作用把原动机的机械能传递给液体。由于离心泵的作用液体从叶轮进口流向出口的过程中，其速度能和压力能都得到增加，被叶轮排出的液体经过压出室，大部分速度能转换成压力能，然后沿排出管路输送出去，这时，叶轮进口处因液体的排出而形成真空或低压，吸水池中的液体在液面压力（大气压）的作用下，被压入叶轮的进口，于是，旋转着的叶轮就连续不断地吸入和排出液体。
